AIS Farmsook — Digital marketplace for Thai farmers

A web app under AIS's "Digital for Thais" initiative that helps farmers, community enterprises and OTOP producers sell their products online and learn from agricultural experts.
The challenge
Most users were small farmers with little experience using apps. Listing and selling products had to be simple enough to do on a phone, while also giving access to farming knowledge from specialists.
What I did
UX/UI design
Designed the web app flows and screens, from product listing and the storefront to the knowledge content pages.
Mobile-first UI
Large touch targets, clear Thai labels and short steps so first-time users could finish tasks without help.
Marketing visuals
Created banners and promotional graphics for the AIS Farmsook campaign.
